Rental conditions
Cars are rented out according to VIP cars Terms and Conditions, described in the rental Agreement.
Clients are expected to thorougly read the rental conditions and confirm their acceptance by signing the Rental Agreement.
Persons renting cars have to comply to standards, requirements and qualifications set by the VIP cars company:
- Hold a driver’s license
- Have a valid identity card
VIP cars has the right to refuse rental without offering further explanation.
Time terms:
Minimum time for rental is 24 hours. One hour over the 24 is free of charge, next hours are charged 5 Euro¬ per hour, and delivery later than 3 hours is charged at full price per day. .
Fuel reimbursment:
Cars delivered with fully or partially empty gas tanks are subject to a charge of 1,00 Euro per liter.
Car pick up and delivery:
This service is free of charge between the LORAN representations during working hours. Delivery and pick up to/from private adresses within town: 10.00 Euro. Out of working hours this service is offered at a request prior to rental.
